If the Buyer wishes to purchase tickets from the Seller's webshop, he/she does not need to register before purchase. When paying for the tickets, the Customer provides financial information (such as credit card number, expiry date and, where applicable, other security identifiers (CVC2, CVV2, UCAF code)) to the Barion payment system, which is not held by the Seller, but is used by Barion, in cooperation with the Seller, which operates the credit card acceptance page of the webshop. Using the billing data provided during the purchase of the ticket, the Seller - its partner Billingo.hu - will create an electronic invoice for the purchase, which will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the purchase. The confirmation e-mail will include the title and date of the event(s), as well as the number and value of the tickets.
The Customer acknowledges that in the event of a successful purchase, the Customer's details may be held by the Event Organiser specified by the tickets. The Seller authorises the Event Organiser to use the Customer's details only for the purpose of identification in the event of cancellation or change of programme or upon entry to the Event. The Promoter may only use the Buyer's details for other purposes if the Buyer consents.
If the Seller feels justified due to cancellation of the Event, change of programme or other problems encountered during the purchase, the Seller will contact the Buyer at the e-mail address and telephone number provided at registration.
INFORMATION ACQUISITION AND USE
In order to use the webshop of Hunakamo Vizilabda Sport Egyesület (HUNAKAMO VSE - Registered office: 2310 Szigetszentmiklós, Rezeda utca 12. B., Tax number: 18129391-1-13 hereinafter referred to as Seller) available at trackwood.com, you (hereinafter referred to as Buyer) must fill in a form for billing during the purchase process, in which you must provide personal data (first and last name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number). By providing your personal data, the Customer agrees that the Seller may use it to contact the Customer if the Event for which the Customer has purchased a ticket from the Seller is cancelled or otherwise modified.
LEGAL EXCLUSIONS
The Seller reserves the right to disclose data that may identify the Buyer, as required by law, or, if it deems necessary and in its interest, to disclose such data in accordance with any legal proceedings, court or administrative decision or in its own interests.
ACCESS LOGS (LOG FILES)
In addition to the information provided at the time of registration, the Seller is the sole owner of the technical information obtained from the trackwood.com website. The Buyer acknowledges and consents to the Seller personally collecting personally identifiable information about its users from various locations/points on the website. Seller will not disclose or make available this information to any third party. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that, as is the case with all websites, certain information is automatically collected and stored on the Seller's webshop, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring sites, operating system, date/time stamp and click stream data. This information is not used to identify the individual user, i.e. the Customer, but only to analyse certain consumer trends for the Seller's webshop and to infer administrative data on the overall Customer population.

A "cookie" is a text file used by almost all websites to keep a record of a user's computer. The Buyer acknowledges and consents to the use of these files by the Seller's webshop and to the linking of these files with the Buyer's identification data that he provided at the time of registration. Only cookies set by the Seller are used on the Seller's webshop website. The Buyer can disable or delete them, but in this case the browsing of the webshop will be more difficult.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
This website contains links that are neither owned nor controlled by Seller. Buyer acknowledges that Seller is not responsible for the privacy practices/procedures of such other sites. This privacy statement applies only to information collected by this website.
SECURITY
Your online store uses generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, both during the transfer process and during storage. However, given that neither the transmission of data over the Internet nor the method of electronic storage is 100 % secure, Seller can only strive to protect the information and cannot guarantee absolute security.

BUSINESS CHANGES
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that if there is any change in Seller's circumstances whereby it undergoes a change of operator business, change of ownership, Buyer's information will be included in the transferred assets and Buyer will be notified by email or prominent notice on the website 30 days prior to the change.
